Great experience! It was great to deal with Russo Auto Sales in kelowna. I wasn't quite sure what I wanted to buy when I walked into the sales office. Gene Russo,the owner quickly helped me figure out what vehicle would serve me best, not having what I wanted on his lot, he spent considerable time searching for and eventually finding me the perfect vehicle and for a great price. Had a friend stop here for scratch and win tickets but attendant did not scan on lottery terminal,so now my friend must go back there with winners.all lottery must be scanned thru bclc scanner to ensure customer can validate anywhere,other wise the service was ok
