The best aspect about this hotel is it's location. It's right in the heart of Vancouver making it easy to access the main neighborhoods and sites. The staff was extremely friendly in providing suggestions for activities and dinning. The rooms themselves have clean designs without being too "aseptic" in their design. The only downside was parking. It's limited and more expensive than other nearby options. Overall it's a great place to stay in Vancouver. Lire plus

Checked in with Rachel and she was very kind and helpful during it all, she made the process very smooth and walked me to the elevator! Matt was a bartender I had at Persona in the casino and he was incredibly welcoming and made dining alone feel less awkward. I was sick one day and was treated to a personalized letter and fruit tray from Pauline it was a unexpected and a welcoming surprise! Lire plus
