Kharisma Saree Center

Had an amazing experience recently when i went in to get my bridal saree. Their selections have improved and had a much better experience than when I went an year ago. Must be because the owners have changed, no wonder... The owner was very patient and super nice. Their selections are also more trendy and so will be getting my reception lehenga from here as well!

I am in my friends wedding party, her wedding is August 24.I dropped my saree off to be preplated on August 22. I was told it would be ready by August 20. I just visited the store and there was a sign staying they are closed for a week...I I need someone from that business will see this and contact me immediately.

Awful customer service. My daughter & I went to shop here for an outfit and all that we got were stares. The staff was busy talking to each other, in fact we were the only customers in the store but no one cared, no welcome or a "hello". Felt very intimidated & my young daughter said "mom lets get out of this store, they make me feel so uncomfortable". They made us feel like we were disturbing their lovely conversation". The owner should give his staff some good customer service training.

This is probably the worst women clothing store in all of Toronto. My fiance had ordered her bridal outfits from here. When we were placing the custom order they were incredibly nice. Obviously, because we we're spending $7000. All they're promises we're broken. Exactly one week before the wedding the items show up (1.5 weeks later than promised) and what a disaster. The first outfit was a completely different color with the measurements totally off. The second one wasn't even the outfit we ordered! Then on top of that, they offer no resolution to the situation they created and told us all sales are final. So I am left with a very unhappy bride with two outfits she can't wear and out $7000. DO NOT SHOP HERE! AND IF YOURE READING THIS KHARISHMA I AM GOING TO EVERY SINGLE SOCIAL MEDIA OUTLET, MEDIA OUTLET IN TORONTO, AND ALL INDIAN RADIO STATIONS WITH THIS STORY ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!
