OUR STORY

Jamie the manager, and Cindy the owner registered Moving & Cleaning @ Your Convenience in 2015. 
Jamie is a 3rd generation mover who started his career little before 1997, his father, uncles, brother, and cousens all worked for a Van line moving company. On the other side of his family his Grandmother, Mother, aunt, uncle were all in the cleaning services; few of them were custodians for University of Waterloo.
Truth be told Moving and Cleaning go together well. In 2014 the branch Jamie worked for shut down. He tried working for other moving companies but it was not up to the standards he was used to, often leaving customers disappointed. After many days of Cindy listening to him complan she used her computer skills on Kijiji and set up their first few moves. The first one was a real estate agent who they have become friends with. As they were consistently renting U-Haul trucks they were asked to become U-Haul u-helpers (labour help for U-Haul customers) So they were confident to Register the business. When Jamie told his old boss this, he was quick to start sending long distance brokers there way for Labour help. Then they signed with another Company to do Ontario - Quebec moves, and the ball was rolling. Now many years later they have an appliance contract that Cindy is the warehouse supervisor and Jamie does their deliveries. Their reputation has grown with many repeat customers, and they pride themselves on keeping it a family business. Their crew consist of only people they can trust, Jamie's father in law, son (4th gen mover), as well as. Jamie and Cindy's brothers. A few close friends of all worked together for several years now. 
In the winter months they work with Canada post, and other doc to doc contracts. We have helped customers with small repairs, painting, hanging blinds and other wall fixtures. They're Not only here to help you now, but happy to help you into the future.    
We take pride in helping International students into their student housing, Later their first apartment , and after that first home to raise their family.
