Our furnace broke in the middle of the night on CHRISTMAS and Brendan took the call at 1am. Vince came out to do the repairs in the morning and he was friendly, patient and reassuring. I contacted another company prior who "diagnosed" my A/C problem over the phone and wanted to have my unit replace without looking at it. They quoted me a high price for what they though was the problem and for a new
Disgruntled I called CCA & within an hour and a half a technician was over and diagnosed the issue (blown capacitor), replaced it, and we were good to go.
The price was a third of what the other company quoted and customer service was amazing. A+ service & definitely recommended.

We chose Summers and Smith to install our new equipment last year and have been extremely happy and satisfied with the service we have received. Not only was the installation completed professionally, but their follow up work is fantastic We had to use them for an emergency service call over the weekend and the technician was prompt, and accurate in their diagnosis. In February 2022 my furnace stopped working. It definately has been a cold winter. I called T H Oliver as I had been a customer since 2004 when I lived in Aurora. Elise provided such amazing and caring assistance. Someone came out quickly to assess the issue. To make a long story short, they were able to replace my furnace in a short time. Wayne and Chad could not have been more helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend T H Oliver for all of your furnace needs!

Lindon and his team were very professional, punctual and answered my questions with total transparency. If something couldn’t be done or installed in a certain way, Lindon would take the time to explain and show me why it couldn’t be done that way because of the way my older house is built.

As we customers know, paying the price of an Air Conditioner repair is always daunting and a challenge, especially when you have no idea what the cost is going to be before the HVAC Company arrives to your home, diagnoses the problem and outlines the cost and repair in a formal repair quote. This said, and take it from me, your experience with Preferred Air right from your initial call with Shannon (whom is most gracious and accommodating) will be an enjoyable one. Even during the onset of our first heat-wave they made to us many available times. We had an issue with a noisy furnace and could not identify the root of the problem. We called AW Mechanical who came out the next day and replaced the blower motor on the spot which solved the problem. Tony also explained what caused a blower motor in a 4 year old furnace to break down in such a short space of time. It's amazing what we don't know about some of the most expensive and important systems in our homes. Tony was on time and knew his stuff. I definitively recommend AW Mechanical.
