They 100% delivered on their promises, kept me informed every day on the ongoing progress and the General Manager (Joe) personally overviewed the whole process. I'm VERY particular about where I take my MB for service, and R U Auto is my choice without question. Roland and Kate are knowledgeable about the brand, treat my vehicle as if it were their own, and their prices are reasonable. On top of all that, they're nice people to deal with. Capilano Muffler Break and Tire Repair was great! I had a flat tire and they got me in within the hour. They fixed my tire and even filled up my doughnut wheel because they noticed it was low. They were efficient and professional. I would highly recommend them and I will for sure be going back to them in the future.
