Cale, the guy that works there- not only the cutest boy I've ever seen- but the best sales guy I've ever met. Helped me learn so much and he sold me a defective item, and he replaced it without hesitation. Very talkative. Got me to buy more stuff just because of how friendly he was.

I would like to thank two wonderful ladies,Jordanka from the 5th floor, and Cindy from Levi's on the 6th floor, who went extra mile to find my bag with expensive items that I lost in the store this boxing day. Both of them were not only sympathetic to my problem, but also proactive in efforts to help me. I was in distress but thanks to their actions, my bag was found and they saved the birthday present that I bought for my friend. I cannot thank them enough and hope their managers read this post

I would personally like to thank Mira(sales associate) at the Limeridge Mall Store. She is very professional and puts a 150% effort to assist customers. I have an elderly mom and Mira is both patient and knowledgeable.

We shopped for a prom dress at Helen’s Bridal and it was such a great experience. The staff were all amazing, pleasant and helpful. All the prom dresses in the store were under $600, we did not have to worry about price tags while choosing dresses to try on. My daughter was able to find the perfect dress, we did not break the bank and we did it locally!!!

Hill's is a throwback to the family clothing shops of yesterday and they do a wonderful job keeping the tradition alive. Specializing in higher end brands, Hill's carries clothing and shoes for men, women and children that are distinctive and hard to find other one roof anywhere but Hill's of Kerrisdale. They can be pricey but the sale racks help the pocketbook a bit in that regard. The staff are generally warm and friendly. Visit Hill's of Kerrisdale for your family's clothing needs!

I recently had to purchase my skin care products from the Bay Clinique counter. The gift-with-purchase was ending and I tried at Markville with no luck the service was not the greatest. I called JASMINE KAUR and right away not only did she answer but remembered me from my previous visit. She was polite, patient, and very courteous. She processed my order right away and I received it yesterday with a couple of additional goodies. I have purchaseBay for over 30 years is was the best service!

Went there looking for some formal shirts. The store was arranged beautifully and the staff was very helpful. The variety was endless and had plenty to choose. Ended up buying more han I thought, as the clearance stuff had additional 50% off. When I went for making payment, I was surprised to see the total bill as It was way less than I anticipated. Will keep going here frequently.
