Have only had positive experiences. Front staff has been very kind and organized, and Dr. Gendy really feels like he has an interest in medicine and patient care, preferring to cover one issue per visit, which has not been a problem for me as he is easy to get appointment's with at this time.

I went in for a mammogram and was promptly greeted by the receptionist and waited no longer than 5min to be called in. I had Mable doing my mammogram who was amazing! Not only was she friendly but she was compassionate and gentle. She exceeded my expectations in all areas of this service & I loved her spring themed uniform. Thanks Mable - you're appreciated!

Finally, someone can treat my hyothyroidism;she was not blaming my family physician either. She is incredibly knowledgeable & excited to tell you everything; she has so much information to impart. She gave me copies of articles & wrote a number of other books/articles to research. The receptionist was very rude upon arriving, but, once in Dr. Englands office, she could not have been more helpful; very proud of Dr. England. You will wait for a couple of hrs. so be prepared, but WORTH IT!

The appointments may take awhile, but it's worth it! The doctors take their time to accurately diagnose and treat your ailment. You get a lot of doctors who see you for 5 minutes, prescribe anti-biotics and send you on your way. That mindset is how malpractice happens. The Doctors at Stafford Medical will exhaust all tests before doing something irreversible. They get the job done! You're health is important to them. It's rare to find doctors who won't brush your problems or concerns aside.

Receptionist was amazing this evening...stayed non flustered & efficient, even with an overwhelming amount of people waiting to get walk-in appointments! Kudos ?? Also appreciated the medical help I received from Dr. Barkman...going for an X-ray to find out what my lungs are dealing with before prescribing something creates trust in getting the best care! Dr C is a knowledgeable doctor. His diagnosis is often 99% right. I even prefer to come here for any ailment than to my family doctor where you need an appointment. As needed he will refer you to a specialist or lab if you need one. The medical secretary or staff attendant is also friendly. I recommend this walk in clinic
