At Queens , I never have had to wait long despite my prescriptions being complicated.
A ten minute wait is typical.
Queens has great prices on over the counter products that range from cosmetics to tensor bandages and everything in between.
Friendly, caring staff also!

The pharmacist [Deana or Nina...I am not sure of her name } is such a genuinely helpful, friendly, kind and caring individual.
The stores over the counter products are very reasonably priced which is not typically the case for a smaller [non-chain) pharmacy .
Outstanding customer service , excellent prices and the store itself is clean and neatly maintained .

We have been using Benton Medical Pharmacy since they opened. As my husband and I are aging, we have come to appreciate the first class service and attention to detail even more than usual. For example, when receiving our prescription, nothing is left to chance…stickers cover the bottles outlying all vital information pertaining to the medications. Staff at this location go over and above to help find products and provide services. Its also nice that they seem to have the stock of sale items and always greet you on arrival. We have a number of SDM we could go to and although this is not the closest, it is the store we go to regularly.

I inherited this pharmacy from my father -- I was his companion until his death -- and I could not be happier with this bequest. I call often, sometimes for things not normally sold in pharmacies, and they sometimes go looking for me and find them. Not the plastic pink flamingos, I am working to forget that request. lol Delivery is prompt and however huge my paper purchases may be, for I buy in bulk always, not just during Covid. Everyone who works there is kind and helpful. I love them all.

Micheal, George and Kristy are the best health care team that I could ever ask for. My health and entire life has improved since I switched to this pharmacy. Thank you so much! They also offer free delivery and pharmacist led clinic for minor issues. Vaccines. Lice. Ear aches. Ect. They also run a safe supply program out of this location and have doctors in to meet with patients (virtually).

This store,compared with either Kitchener or Cambridge Walmart, is the cleanest, tidiest, and friendliest place to shop. I may be biased here, but the clientele seems to be more conscientious as well (Mennonite community?). I'm not from St. Jacobs, but I will come from Cambridge to shop here at this Walmart. At any rate, I've never walked in there to find garbage anywhere, and folks seem to have a sense of community pride here and are well-mannered. A very nice shopping experience whenever I go.

Not enough cashiers always a line up at check out. Now they have self checkout which I think might help but not everyone is comfortable with that; especially Seniors. I find the pharmacy staff very helpful and also cosmetics, always a smile and a greeting. Cant say anything negative about the staff at this location.
