I can't say enough about the excellent response and work I had done by Chapman Plumbing and Heating. I submitted a quote for the purchase, delivery and installation of 3 toilets to replace ones that were over 30 years. All interactions with the office were excellent with phenomenal response times. Dustin and Jeff were awesome to work with! We had two other local plumbers in already and they either said certain jobs werent worth their time, gave us bad advice, or they did not finish the job as promised. Heat pump stopped working in Dec 2017. Went to two major companies in Trenton ontario.both charged me $100.00 and did nothing. They were more interested in selling me a new unit. I went to Brant and asked him for help. He came to my home and got the heat pump working well, He told me it was a good unit and suggested I go back in spring and he would give it a good check up. Brant is my place from now on.

Simply amazing. I frantically called on Monday morning after running the cisterns from my gravity-fed well completely dry from watering the grass (little did I know it was about to rain). Steward arrived a few short hours later, fixed it in a jiffy and adjusted my pump for better water pressure. He was amazing. As was the gentlemen who took my call, since he was very knowledgable and knew just what needed to happen. I will never call anyone else.

I called Doyle with a sewage pump issue and I ended up having them fix a pipe under my kitchen sink & having them replace a pressure tank and pressure pump that was sounding like it was on it's last legs. The men were very knowledgeable & were very helpful with cleaning up the pipes in the room where the pressure tank was.
They were very tidy *& polite & will always call Doyle for future plumbing issues. I also like when they have someone call you before showing up. Excellent service

Used them yesterday as we had a small flood in the basement when a pipe connection let go. Called them around 5:30 PM and left message with answering service and they called back in under a half hour. They were at our place by 6:30 PM and all repairs and clean up plus another job that I had was completed by 7:30 PM. Very happy with them. Two young guys, very polite and willing to explain what they were doing. Will definitely use them again if the need arises.
