Service level is over 95% We have used this company several times. The latest was a Gas fire routine maintenance which turned out to be a bit more complicated.
When we decided to upgrade our main bathroom we went to Sierra Mechanical.
They are value for money.Graham is a perfectionist and takes pride in his work. We have seen the quality of his work both in Plumbing and Gas sectors. I am a Mechanical Engineer and recommend Sierra Mechanical based on my experience in Industry.

Tristan and his team are the best. They are honest and knowledgeable. I will not use anyone else and would highly recommend Slopeside Mechanical. We have a fairly complicated plumbing system in our house, so that we can collect rainwater and use it during drought times. The original installation had problems; it wasn't Darcy's installation, but he fixed the problems, has returned several times for other problems (not of his making) and has shown us how to drain parts, maintain the system, and convert back and forth from rainwater to city water. He's been very patient and very competent.

Had he not come to repair the faucet and tub spout I never would have known that there was a hazardous and serious issue with the hot water tank. His handy apprentice and him were able to fix all of this and replace the hot water tank in just a few short hours. The water pressure and temperature is amazing. Highly recommend. My pipes leaked into my basement and I had to shut off my water so I needed a plumber fast. I was lucky enough to read the reviews on Ashton and give them a call.They sent Tim within the day. Tim was pleasant, competent and professional... this was someone who KNEW what he was doing. He fixed my leak (which was the least of my problems) and checked the house to make sure everything was okay. He charged only for what was replaced and he did not charge me for frills or small "fixes". Thank you Tim for fixing the wiring and giving me heating for the first time in years! I'd recommend Ashton (ask for Tim!!) in a heartbeat.

Dana, at the Plumber Next Door really came through for us. I hired a general contractor to do our bathroom and laundry area renovation. Dana, was initially brought in as a subcontractor to do the plumbing. When the contractor abandoned the project, Dana ensured his part was finished, even though he knew he probably wouldn't be paid by the contractor. He made sure we weren't left in the lurch. He does high quality work and his work ethic is beyond reproach. I highly recommend him.
