Some food was a little salty but the portion sizes are generous. Too much batter on tempura items. The menu is Canadianized as are most Chinese restaurants but I found they have more items to choose from. The Specials that they have for Families of 4 or 5 are pretty decent. Fast service and a convenient location with easily accessible parking.

This is the Mandarin we always go to in our home town. The staff is always friendly, cleanliness of the restaurant is always excellent, and the food and desserts are always bountiful and fresh! I give it 4 stars. The only thing I don't like, is when they ask if I've been there before! I am now a regular!!!! Oh well. Keep up the great work!

There are special offers in the restaurant: breakfast buffet on Saturday & Sunday from 8am-12pm for $6.99 per person. And dinner buffet is from Friday to Sunday from 5pm to 8pm, adult $12 and child $10. We ordered take out tonight from Yummy Chinese Restaurant we received the flyer in the mail today and so glad I did, excellent phone service when taking my order. Delivery in just about half an hour if not less. Food was super hot, sooooo fresh it's unbelievable, and so good, excellent not just good.
We ordered egg rolls, spring rolls and crispy wings to start, highly recommend, superb.
The Yang Chow Fried Rice, very fresh, fragrant, perfectly seasoned simply delicious. General Tso's Chicken was outstanding hands down one of the best GTC I've tried!!!! And the Special Shanghai Lo Mein was superb. Their fortune cookies are wow, very tasty excellent.
We will be definitely ordering from here again highly recommend.
I don't normally write reviews but find out here in Maple/Vaughan there is not much reviewing done and there should be so people do not go out of their way and have a bad meal, I guarantee you won't here, highly recommend this restaurant.

I really like this restaurant. It will have your order ready within 10 minutes. If I'm ever working from home or just don't have time to cook, this is very quick and feasible option. The other day, I placed an order for a slightly spicy meal and went home. I found the meal too spicy for my taste so I asked if I could get a milder version. They just asked me to bring the original meal back & they provided me a fresh meal according to my liking within 10 minutes. Now, that's good customer service. By the way, the prices are pretty good during lunch time.
