Our first day of vacation in Canmore/Banff, our Rental car was accidentally hit with a rock breaking the drivers side window. We took it to Aspen auto glass in Canmore where they vacuumed out the broken glass and put a sheet of plastic over it while we waited for a replacement. The new window came a day earlier than expected and the replacement window was installed earlier than promised. Their communication was excellent and so was the result. September 21, 2021 We are seniors and had an unfortunate situation with our upstairs window. We had attempted to clean the windows. As the window was opened fully (which I have found out is not suppose to be done) we were faced with the window haning out with a bent hinge holding it in.
