Hey I just came from them to get my keratin and smoothening treatment and trust me guys they are so perfect in doing that! so helpful..especially the girl who worked on my hair named deep i would really recommend u guys to go n visit them as they helped me in really short time. M so glad! will visit them often.

Laura is the teacher at the Torbram location. She is an amazing, dedicated, friendly and knowledgeable lady. I have been a client at this location for over 3 years. The service is just great. I have referred by neighbour to this location. My teenage daughter just loves it here because of Laura and the really nice and warm students. The price charged for the service is just fantastic... Surena is an amazing and the best person at this job. I would recommend her to people who wants to get an awesome service because she cares about her clients and makes you feel comfortable. I had an worst experience before with another person at Toronto but Surena changed my perception about the eyelash extension. She is clearly very professional and pro at her job as she has been doing this for many years. I love going to her everytime and she is very flexible. I love her a lot:)

I made big mistake and had gone to a different cheap salon (I will not name them here) who fried and ruined my hair.
Sumans hands work like magic and fixed all of that at Hair and Beauty Plus; she fixed my hair cut, gave me a nourishing hair treatment and colour which shined. This took a long time but Suman had so much patience and was happy to help.
This is what a salon expert and customer service should look like! I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Suman!

Bella Mia was recommended to me by a friend, whose sister-in-law had her hair done there by Armando and spoke very highly of the salon.
I decided to get my hair cut (going from long to quite short) and went in to book an appointment. I was booked in with Harriet for the following Saturday. Harriet didn't want to cut my hair too short, seeing as it was a drastic difference and suggested leaving it a little longer, then if I decided, I could go back and have it shortened.
I did go back, and I have to say for someone who doesn't like going to the hairdresser that I will definitely go back. Harriet did such an amazing job on my hair and I love it more than I thought I ever would. She understood exactly what I wanted with the colour as well as the cut and it turned out perfectly. I am so thrilled to finally have had a positive experience with a hairdresser as well as the salon itself. The staff is courteous and friendly and I will recommend Bella Mia to anyone looking for a new salon.
I thank Bella Mia for doing a wonderful job in their craft and for my awesome new hair!
