My entire family and I have been going to this clinic since the time it was still on Headon Rd. Our family doctors work from this clinic. At no time has my wife, my kids or I been treated with anything but respect by nice people, from the receptionists to the nurses to the doctors.

I took my son there and he is normally freaked out when he sees doctors. And when he attended at this clinic he was okay. He allowed the doctor to take care of him. The staff was very friendly.

I had terrible pain in my back. I could not get out of bed. I was screaming in pain.
As you know, when you get older, it takes longer to recover.
Coming here was like a miracle. After only one session my pain was gone. Something I didn’t expect to happen so fast.
I highly recommend them.
The staff is knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

Excellent service. True to number of patients ahead of me. Great doctors. Receptionist’s are amazing, they called me on every number until they contacted me about my results. They even waited for me to arrive at the clinic, although they were closed.

Fantastic. No wait. Dr Mandlsohn is friendly, professional, and took the time to answer any questions I had. I did not feel in any way rushed as I do with many doctors these days. I will definitely go back to him the next time I need to see a foot and ankle specialist.

Quite unfair comments about staff. Be going to Medical One for about a decade. Solid service and busy attendance. Dr. Nahab is a great family doctor. Appointments are easy to get - most of the time on the same day. She works on Saturdays. Appointment requirements are always given much in advance. All test results are reviewed with the patient ASAP. For her the medical practice is not work but an avocation. Dr. Nahab has the highest medical standards and provides excellent patient care. x

The receptionists go above and beyond. Helen, just to name one, she has gone above and beyond her duties to make sure that everything worked out for me and my prescription, when she didn’t have to. I saw another review saying they don’t answer their phones - that’s not true and if they don’t it’s because they’re so good and busy and literally constantly on the phone or busy helping with patients. They ALWAYS call back when you leave a message. They treat every patient so well.
