Had trouble with our refrigerator last summer. It was making a clunking sound and would not keep anything cold. I called TJ's He said they would be there the next morning. They were on time, very professional and easily identified the problem. Their service charge was very reasonable.

Oleg is an amazing technician! Very prompt service, he even drove out on a Saturday to fix my stove - ordered the parts with me and then came around again a week out to install them for me. Great guy, great business highly recommend them to all the folks out in Maple Ridge.

We really appreciated the speed Max Naseh was able to visit our home to determine the problem with our Samsung washing machine, pick-up the part and quickly install it the very next day. Could not find the model of my cooktop to replace a part. Went to the Vancouver location of Reliable Parts and Frank spent ten minutes looking for the model and found it online ordered the part and picked it up the next day.

Klaus is the best! He helped me out for free over the phone and his advice got me out of a jam. On Sunday on Thanksgiving weekend our dryer stopped drying.
