ICare Doctors of Optometry

Absolutely unprofessional. I paid for my visit in cash on the day I walked in to make an appointment. It was $130 plus $25 for being a new patient. In total $155. I showed up for my appointment only to find out I couldn't go in to see the dr. They had no record of me paying and they didn't remember me. It was another girl in the office the day I went in so I understand they had no idea who I was. However when I approached the desk and was unable to find my receipt I was told ?? sorry. Seriously?

I would definitely recommend Dr Sandhar. She was very knowledgable and professional. I was referred by a co-worker and now my wife and three kids are all patients. She was very kind and helpful with my children and explained the importance of taking care of your eyes. She takes her time with each patient and I would recommend her for individuals looking for an eye doctor. Her product selection was great and we received very fast and efficient service.
