I would like to thank Mike and the rest of the team for the excellent service this morning

I just ordered $1440 worth of furniture, received the Ines Lift-Top Coffee Table, to find that 2 of the corners of the table were destroyed, smashed-in due to the box being thrown around or dropped before delivery, I assume. No communication response for 3 days now. Phone Mailbox is full every time I call the store.

spent around 10K, original delivery was over a month ago and still we are getting broken and damaged pieces. they have the worst QC people. their furniture is cheaply made. I just wish would take time and go another store like bad boys or Ashley. NEVER AGAIN.

The store would never pick up the phone. I tried calling more than 10 times yesterday to reschedule delivery time, but given that I can't talk to them on the phone, I would have to drive to the store for this. Quite upsetting

Fantastic quality & service! I purchased a mattress set from the Leon’s Richmond store. It took just two visits before I made a decision and bought the set. It was truly a great experience because they sell quality furniture at a price that won't break the bank. Now, 2 years later, the mattress is still in like new condition. I would highly recommend that my friends get their mattresses from Leon’s.
