Elite Hair Studio

I don’t usually leave reviews unless they’re very positive, but my experience at Elite Hair in Strathroy was very disappointing. My daughters and I were turned away even though I had booked the appointment weeks in advance, and we actually arrived early. It appears there was a mistake with the booking. When I asked why no one had called to check where we were, Liz couldn’t provide an answer and didn’t offer any solution. I was visibly upset, and instead of showing empathy, Liz was quite rude.
