I have been coming to O'Haira's for over two years and I have never been that faithful to a salon before in my life. I always used to get nervous when I had to get a hair cut because of so many bad experiences. Now I LOVE booking my appointments because I always walk away from here happy. I will never, and I mean NEVER, get a brazilian by anyone else! She is so fast yet efficient. She gets every hair (seriously, she is like a waxing wizard) and she always makes sure I am comfortable...given the circumstances ;)
I had to use 2 other estheticians recently because of scheduling conflicts, and they simply do not compare. They took almost triple the time, left hair behind, and a ton of breakage. When Audra says she is the Queen of Brazilians, everybody better bow down!

With Debbie's (owner) assistance, selecting the right wig was so much easier than I thought. No pressure to purchase. The store has an amazing selection of types, styles and colors of wigs as well as scarves and other headwear.

We visit Kelowna at least once a year and when we do, theres no better place for my wife and daughter to get their hair cut and coloured than with Jimmy at Cabella. He and his staff are always friendly, professional and provide amazing service. There are lots of salons in Vancouver but my wife will wait several months if she knows were heading that way to make an appointment with Jimmy. Hes that good!

Love Kaytlyn! She listens carefully to what you want and is great with both the cut and color. I never feel rushed; she takes time to pamper you and you can tell she truly values her clients. She is also really down to earth and friendly and I enjoy our chats each time. I have loved my hair since going to her!

Highly recommend!!!! Toni is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. She truly enjoys making people feel good. She uses and sells very high quality products. I am absolutely IN LOVE with the Thalgo products. Not only does everything smell amazing but it is all natural organic from Europe. It all makes me feel so good!! The Dr.Renaud skin care I buy through her is the only skin care that has worked for my oily, problematic skin. I will never try anything else.

It was my first time going in for a cut, wasn't sure what to expect. The outside can be intimadating but the inside is warm and welcoming. Colleen was fantastic. Denis cracked the jokes. I went for a haircut and left with a fresh new look and streaks. Affordable prices, chilled atmosphere and great service. See you again in a couple months.
